Dr. Randeep S. Dhillon, Ph.D., is a Punjabi-American Economist, Farmer, and Sociologist whose life story reflects the promise of California. After immigrating from Punjab, India, to California in 1986, he built his future through education, hard work, and entrepreneurship. He earned his bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. in finance and economics in California and developed a practical understanding of how families, farmers, workers, and business owners succeed or struggle in the real economy.

Dr. Dhillon's experience is not only academic. He has personally built, owned, worked in, and advised a wide range of small businesses and farming operations, giving him firsthand insight into job creation, payroll, regulation, water, energy, financing, and the everyday costs of doing business. From family farming to neighborhood enterprises, he understands how local businesses strengthen communities and how sound economics can grow California's economy from the ground up.

His campaign is led by MACA - Make Affordable California Again - a mission to lower the cost of living and expand opportunity. He also speaks about MASA as the safety of jobs, farm water, starting a new business, schooling from K-12 through college and university, finding good jobs, and protecting financial stability.
